Didn't see that coming ...

HELSINKI: Representatives from Iraq's warring factions have reached an agreement aimed at ending bloodshed following a four-day conference in Finland, the meeting's hosts said on Monday.

The unnamed 16 Iraqi delegates, who included representatives of political parties and others from a range of groups, "committed themselves to work towards a robust framework for a lasting settlement," the Crisis Management Initiative (CMI) said.

"[W]arring factions"? I'd like to see them listed by name.

I found nothing about this from Aswat Aliraq.

Well, let's see if this "Helsinki Agreement" makes any difference.
