Oh, what a surprise.
The story is a laundry-list of typical political controveries involving Rubio during his tenure in the state government. Most likely the story is partly intended to help split the conservative vote and help the candidate that both the Times and The Miami Herald are extremely likely to endorse: Kendrick Meek.
I wonder how many glowing stories the Times can produce about Meek in time for the election?
